We are a community of leaders. We believe that the trainers are the heart of our organization. The Aboriginal Trainers and the Non Aboriginal Trainers work in partnership to create the environment for reconciliation to take place. The Seminar Series Trainers support individuals in creating ongoing reconciliation within their communities.

The Board of Directors , the Executive Directors and the Fund Development Team are there to support the work of the trainers, and through that, the work of Reconciliation.

We believe that all people have leadership potential, and we support all of our trainers in discovering their potential.
